Mr. Allan Sibley is originally from London, England. He attended the Cambridge School of Art for five years earning the Licentiate from the Society of Industrial Arts and Designers. Mr. Sibley has enjoyed a long successful professional career as Art and Creative Director in graphics, illustration, and advertising in Europe and the USA. He continues creating fine art, has won many awards, exhibits regionally, and has enjoyed several solo shows. Allan has led projects with several Nonprofit organizations in Monroe County. Allan is married, has four children and six grandchildren,  and lives in Sweetwater, TN.    

Ms. Katie Morgan-Harper has fostered her love of art from the inspiration from art creatives in East Tennessee. Katie is trained as an art teacher and holds a Doctoral Degree in Arts and Theology from Tennessee Wesley Theological Seminary. She has taught visual arts to high school students in the Athens City School District. Katie has a special passion for fostering creativity in children so they may continue their journey as life-long artists. Today her art brings sights and perceptions through drawing and painting with landscapes, portraiture, and still life. Katie lives in Etowah, TN with her family.

Teri is from Monroe County.  Teri began her career in journalism, publishing, and graphic design. Her art has been represented in 20+ galleries in 5 states. A graduate of UTK and CSCC, her love of nature and photography has earned her places in over 250 juried art shows, and hundreds of awards.  She has assisted 45 nonprofits and was a finalist for the TN Governor’s Award in Art Leadership. As president of a major Colorado art guild, she produced and curated large city shows and art events. Teri loves to hike waterfalls & currently teaches art classes in the Colorado Rocky, and Tennessee Smoky Mountains.

 Adrian Lambert is the executive director of the Tennessee Overhill Heritage Association and facilitates programming at the Etowah Arts Commission in the Nancy Cantrell Dender Gallery. She previously served as the director of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce for 15 years and is actively involved on the boards of several area organizations and non-profits.  A Tennessee native, Adrian has lived in both the U.S.A. and Germany. She is now residing in Englewood, TN, Adrian is passionate about the arts, history, live music, nature, and diverse cultures. In her free time, Adrian enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and spending time with her three grown sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson. 

James is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience consulting for local, national, and global corporations. He has worked with The University of Tennessee College of Nursing, Reebok International, IBM, Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce, University of Johnson & Wales, and many more. Born and raised in east Tennessee, James has traveled across the USA and has lived and worked in Tennessee, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, and Vermont. James loves music and can play several instruments as well as compose songs. He is also a lover of nature, and art, and a strong advocate for equality for all, James is a workaholic and currently works 2 jobs, sits on the boards of 2 non-profit organizations, attends college part-time, and is a single father.

Hosanna Mohr is a young self-taught artist who grew up in California and now lives in Decatur, Tennessee. She graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a bachelor's degree in General Management. Concurrent with this education, Hosanna studied fine art and experimented with several art media. In her spare time, she enjoys a variety of subjects using acrylic and watercolor paints and charcoal and graphite pencils. As an ETAC Friend of the Arts, Hosanna assists with the ETAC Community Outreach Programs with the Creative Art Kits for children these are donated to area nonprofits. 

Rebecca was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She is an alum of the Rhode Island School of Design with an MFA in Ceramics (’16) and an alum of Berry College where she obtained her BA in art with concentrations in K-12 art education and studio  art, ceramics (’13). She enjoys teaching children and adult ceramic and broom-making courses that use a variety of techniques while exploring nature for inspiration. Rebecca frequents art markets around East Tennessee selling her art as owner of Dust to Dust  Studio. Rebecca currently helps run and lives at Rising Moons Farms in Philadelphia, TN with her husband. She works full time at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts as the Director of Local and Regional Programs.  

Barbara is a gifted artist and is a Community Artist League member. She exhibits her works in many group and juried art shows and exhibits on the CAL Art Train, a traveling art show in East Tennessee. Barbara studied Art Education and has attended many art workshops. She was a member of the Mississippi Artists Guild and teaches painting instruction at the Athens Area Council for the Arts and various virtual online art classes. Barbara works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and sometimes in mixed media capturing the beauty, art, and culture of the area. Barbara lives in Decatur with her husband in East Tennessee. 

Kathleen Kinney is owner/artist at 3ChairsStudio at the Broadway Gallery in Knoxville. Katy creates works, acrylics on canvas, multimedia, fiber arts, metal arts, shadow boxes, altered art, and is a photographer. Originally from New England, she resides now in the Smokey Mountains and has served her country in the armed services. Kathy is always involved in creating arts and dreaming about art. Kathleen shares a studio at the Knoxville Arts and Cultural Alliance in Knoxville. 

Ms. Kelsie Aman is an Australian-born artist and professional photographer. She is both photographer and owner of a photographic studio. She studied Fine Arts and Design in Albany, Australia earning a Degree in 1997. Kelsie enjoys working in the miniature world and began creating dolls and miniature art pieces. Kelsie lives in Fenton, Florida, and will soon live in Monroe County. Currently, Kelsie is creating a series of paper mache sculptures. 

Ms. Leia Sands is a self-taught artist with architectural CAD engineering and blueprint background. Ms. Sands exhibits extensively in art galleries in the Bronx and New York City. Leia's artworks can be found in many private collections. Leia's paintings range in style from landscapes, realism, figurative to contemporary modern expressionism and to Pop-Art. Leia is involved with many art movements in New York. Originally from fort Myers, Florida, she now spends her time between Coker Creek, East Tennessee  and New York City.

Ms. Cindy Wasem is a mixed media visual artist and a member of the Community Artists League (CAL) in Athens, Tennessee and the Arts & Culture Alliance in Knoxville, TN , she has exhibited several times with CAL in their Open and small works shows. Cindy currently works as a Senior Home Designer and Architectural Illustrator.  A native of Tennessee, she resides in Cleveland.  Ms. Wasem's current works include abstract paintings and sculpture utilizing epoxy resin, acrylic paint, wood and clay. All coming together to create very colorful abstract images to transport the viewer through nature and space....  Star Trek Theme now plays.......

 Aida Frey is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago. She earned her associate's degree in Motion Graphics and Videography and is now working towards her bachelor's in Graphic Design. She has traveled to 48 states in the past 10 years and published a book about her travels. Aida is a self-taught artist who enjoys painting on different objects such as guitars, and CD records. She has interned with the  East Tennessee Arts Center and will assist in organizing art shows and Pop-Up Art Camps.

 The Tennessee Arts Association, or TAA, is a volunteer organization created by artists for artists of all skill levels and abilities. The TAA provides fellowship and encouragement. Assists in personal development of art skills through monthly meetings, programs, workshops, classes, and exhibition opportunities with exhibits and competitions throughout Tennessee. TAA has a permanent art studio, Studio 106, where TAA members create, exhibit, and sell their works. Partnering with the ETAC is the Community Artists League which is a group of visual artists that work in a variety of mediums from hobbyists, young artists, and up-and-coming artists to professional artists. CAL supports, encourages, and sponsors events for all levels of visual artists Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6.30 pm, March through November at the E. G.
